A kézzel színezett, acélmetszetű illusztrációkon vadászjelenetek, valamint fegyverek rajzai. A táblákon kívül 29 szövegközti, fametszetű illusztrációt is tartalmaz.

XX. század elején készült, díszesen aranyozott, pirosra festett borjúbőr kötésben, gerincére nyomott, aranyozott vad-motívumokkal, aranyozott lapszélekkel. A kötés szignált: „Bound by Rivière & Son”. Nagyon szép példány.
