HABERLE C[arl] C[onstantin Christian]: Succincta rei herbariae Hungariae et Transsylvaniae historia.
Buda. 1830. Typis Regiae Universitatis. 66 l. 208 mm.
Haberle Károly Konstantin Keresztély (Erfurt, 1764. – Pest, 1832.) orvos, botanikus, egy. tanár. 1813-ban Pesten telepedett le, az egyetemi növénytár munkatársa lett. 1817-től a botanika ny. r. tanára, 1821-ben orvosi oklevelet is szerzett. Az egyetemi füvészkert megalapítója és igazgatója. A botanika oktatásánál De Candolle természetes rendszerét vezette be Linnéé helyett. A m. flóra történetével, ásványtannal, mineralógiával, földrajzi és csillagászati megfigyelésekkel is foglalkozott. Elsősorban oktató volt, munkái részint kéziratban maradtak fenn. Gyilkosság áldozata lett.
Jó példány, de kötés nélkül. 208 mm.
