Az egykori császári alkalmazott hírhedt műve, melyben a magyar királyi hatalom abszolút voltát vitatja. A címlapon rézmetszetes címerpajzs.
Korabeli, díszes, öt bordára fűzött, gerincén dúsan aranyozott bőrkötésben, tulipános középdísszel, festett lapszélekkel. A kötés a gerinc alján szignált: „Schatten” (Schatten József híres győri könyvkötő jelzett munkája). Nagyon szép példány.
