Füred vidéki Leány – Mädchen aus der Gegend um Füred
Kézzel színezett rézmetszet. M.: 200x322 mm. Paszpartuzva. Bikkessy Heinbucher József (Pozsony, 1767–Grác, 1833), magyar festő. A neve előfordul Bikkessy-Heinbucher, Joseph Bikesy von Heinbucher, Heinbucher von Bikessy alakban is. A Habsburg Birodalom katonatisztjeként szolgált, a bécsi mérnöki akadémián tanult, később a térképrajzoló lett. A soknemzetiségű birodalom több vidékén is szolgált, ahol lerajzolta a számára érdekes viseleteket. Munkásságának fő témája a korszak nemesi és paraszti öltözködési kultúrája, az ország egyes vidékeinek és társadalmi csoportjainak jellegzetes viselete. Az általa alkotott festmények és rajzok forrásértékűek a néprajztudomány korszakkal foglalkozó szakemberei számára.
Gyűjteményéből 78 lapot Timlich adott ki, magyar és német feliratokkal (Timlich Károly: A’ Magyar és Horváth Országi leg nevezetesebb Nemzeti Öltözetek Hazai gyüjteménie, A’ Természet után rajzolta Egy Tiszt a’ Cs. K. Ingén. Karból. Bécs, 1816). A második, alig változott kiadás már Bikkessy neve alatt jelent meg 1820-ban, Pannoniens Bewohner címen, Csaplovics József magyarázó szövegével.
