FÁY DEZSŐ (BUDAPEST, 1888 - 1954, BUDAPEST): "Festő, grafikus, illusztrátor. Művészeti tanulmányait Budapesten, Münchenben, Nagybányán és a párizsi Julian Akadémián folytatta. Mesterei: Margittay Tihamér, Böhm János, Hollósy Simon. Nagy itáliai tanulmányutat tett Gulácsy Lajossal, akivel 1909-ben Budapesten három közös kiállítást rendezett. 1922-ben a Szinyei Társaság grafikai díjjal tüntette ki.
