[Pesth], 1827. Gedruckt bei Math. Trattner Edl. v. Petróza. 1 t. (rézmetszetű díszcímlap) + VIII + [9]–648 p. + 1 t. (kőnyomat: „Situations Plan deren am grossen Markplatze) + 1 térkép (kihajtható kőnyomat: Plan von der Königlichen ungarisch: Freystadt Pesth). Első kiadás.
Rendkívül ritka, igen korai, részletes Pest-Buda útikalauz. A mű végén található nagyméretű (515x640 mm) Budapest-térkép a kereskedelemben előforduló kötetek zöméből hiányzik. Példányunknál a könyvtestből kijár, a hajtások mentén néhol berepedt, hátoldalán régi ragasztócsík nyomai.

Korabeli, sérült, kopott, több helyütt javítgatott és utószínezett papírkötésben, gerincén az eredeti címvignetták maradványaival. Összességében rendes példány, értékét jelentősen növeli, hogy tartalmazza a rendkívül ritka térkép-mellékletet is. Tudomásunk szerint teljes példánya az utóbbi években árveréseken nem fordult elő.
