Coloniae (Köln), 1557. Apud Maternum Cholinum. 14 sztl. lev. 271 lev. 1 sztl. lev.
-- az 5. század végén, vagy a 6. század elején élt. Az egyik legjelentősebb ókeresztény író. Négykötetes latin nyelvű dogmatikai műve, (melyet árverezünk) magyarul így hangzik: Mennyei hierarchia, Egyházi hierarchia, Isteni nevek és Misztikus teológia. A szerzőt azonosnak tartották Pál apostol tanítványával (ApCsel 17,34), ami nagyban megnövelte e művek tekintélyét és befolyását.
