Fűzve, illusztrált kiadói borítékban. Kossuth Lajos mellszobrát 1990-ben helyezték el a washingtoni Capitoliumban, az amerikai kongresszus épületében. A Kossuth-szobor felállítását a nagy befolyású Tom Lantos közbenjárásával sikerült elérni, a kezdeményezők között volt az Amerikai Magyar Szövetség is. Kossuth mellszobrát 1990. március 15-én avatták fel, az eseményt – amelyen megjelent mások mellett Szűrös Mátyás ideiglenes köztársasági elnök és Tőkés László református püspök – külön nyilatkozatban üdvözölte George H. W. Bush akkori amerikai elnök. A washingtoni Capitoliumban mindössze két külföldi államférfinek/személyiségnek áll szobra, az egyik Kossuth Lajosé, a másik a második világháború alatt zsidókat mentő Raoul Wallenbergé. Mindkét szobor a Capitolium rotundája mellett áll.
