Daniel Rose (1835-?) szabadkőműves, kanadai könyvkiadó, testvéreivel közösen, (köztük George Maclean Rose (1829-1898) könyvkiadó, újságíró, politikussal), a Rose Publishing Co. társtulajdonosa, újságíró, az egyik alapítója a Montreal-i numizmatikai társaságnak (Numismatic and Antiquarian Society of Montreal), és kanadai első numizmatikai folyóirata a "The Canadian Antiquarian and Numismatic Journal" kiadója.
