Korabeli bordázott gerincű egészbőr-kötésben. Johannes Buxtorf (1564-1629) neves orientalista, hebraista, a héber nyelv professzora a bázeli egyetemen. Jelen fontos művének ez az első kiadása. Több mint húsz éven át dolgozott lexikonán, mely 1629-ben bekövetkezett halálakor befejezetlen maradt. Végül a fia egészítette ki és jelentette meg újabb tíz évnyi munka után. XVII. századi fatáblás, fehér disznóbőr-kötésben, görgetéssel préselt, vaknyomásos, reneszánsz stílusú tábladíszítéssel, festett lapszélekkel. Szép példány. Ritka.
