Korabeli bordázott gerincű egészbőr-kötésben, eredeti gerinc-címkével, festett lapszélekkel. Hermann Busenbaum (1600-1668) német jezsuita teológus, a kazuisztika mestere. A kölni egyetemen tanított. Az 1645-ben megjelent Medulla a kölni hallgatóknak tartott előadásait tartalmazza. A kézikönyv széles körben népszerűvé vált, és 1776-ig több mint 200 kiadása jelent meg. Kétszáz éven át tankönyvként használták a gyakorlati erkölcsi teológiai szemináriumokon.
