Elöl a címlap és 4 sztl.lev. (V) XIV hasáb hiányzik, a mű betűrendje már hiánytalan. Az eredeti papírborító korabeli papírra nyomtatott másolatával. Ritka darab, két árverési példányról tudok, nálam még sosem szerepelt.
Korabeli, a gerincénél sérült félbőr kötésben, gerinccím: "Magyar Deák szótár".
