A címlapon Dr. Lechner Jenő ceruzával írt tulajdonosi névaláírása. A kötetben is több helyen bejegyzéseivel: 3. lapon például: "6 klisé tőlem", a 11. lapon Hild János nevét áthúzta Pollack [Mihályra] javítva…
Lechner Ödön (Pest, 1845. – Budapest, 1914.) építész, a magyar stílusú szecesszió úttörője, unokaöccse Kismarty-Lechner Jenő (Budapest, 1878.- Budapest, 1962.) magyar építész, építészettörténész.
Modern karton-kötésben, a gerincre hosszanti vignetta ragasztva a címadattal. Az eredeti, javított borító elől-hátul bekötve. A gondos restaurálás Kozsdi Tamás munkája.
