A pozsonyi születésű jogász tanulmányait a bécsi és a strassburgi egyetemen végezte. Miután áttért a katolikus hittre, Linzben működött jogtudósként, 1677-től az ottani egyetem jogtanára lett. Ebben az értekezésében az örökösödési jog elméleti és gyakorlati kérdéseit tárgyalja. RMK III. 2672. VD 17, 1:015309S. Lipenius I, 580. Korabeli pergamenkötésben, jó példány.
