London, 1844. Georg Virtue (Joseph Rickerby, Printer). 2 t. (címkép: a szerző rézmetszetű portréja + acélmetszetű díszcímlap) + VIII + 236 p. + 78 t. (hártyapapírral védett acélmetszetű látkép) + 1 térkép (acélmetszet). Folio.
Pozsony, Visegrád, Budapest (Buda és Pest, Lánchíd, Budai vár), Újvidék, Linz, Melk, Passau, Bécs, Belgrád és a többi Duna partján fekvő város egész oldalas acélmetszetű látképével illusztrált. A táblákon kívül 70 szövegközti, fametszetű illusztrációt is tartalmaz. Néhány levélen és táblán kisebb foxing.Az acélmetszetű díszcímlapon 1842-es évszám szerepel.

Korabeli, díszes, dúsan aranyozott, illusztrált barna egészmaroquin kötésben, aranyozott lapszélekkel.Nagyon szép példány.
