Geopolitikai értekezés, vezérgondolata, hogy a nagynémet gondolat elsőként Közép-Európát, majd az egész világot fenyegeti. A századelős francia geopolitikai szorongás (és revánsvágy) hű lenyomata. Rengeteg magyar vonatkozással, francia szövetségesnek alkalmas nemzetiségi térképekkel, melyek közül a 361. oldalon levő szövegközi térkép (La Roumanie irredenta), illetve az 1950-es évre vonatkozó spekulatív, elrettentő szándékú térkép (Der Grossdeutsche Bund und Mitteleuropa um das Jahr 1950) különösen tanulságos. Példányunkból két térkép hiányzik, valamint egy csonka.
Korabeli, aranyozott gerincű, álbordás félbőr kötésben, jó példány.
