A nyitrai káptalan tanusítványa, 1543. október 30.
A nyitrai káptalan tudatja, hogy előtte megjelent néhai Chomokhazy (Csomaközi) Ferenc fia Lőrinc, és a maga és testvérei, László és János nevében előadta, hogy apjuk, néhai Ferenc a Szatmár megyei Sár birtokot 70 forintért zálogba adta, majd anyjuk, Barbara hozzáment Bácsmegyei Benedekhez, és neki adta zálogként a nevezett birtokot.
Latin nyelvű irat hajtogatott papíron, hátoldalán három különböző kori feljegyzés és pecsét töredéke. 21,5×32 cm.
