A Budapesti Tudományegyetem rektorának, Keveházi Kováts Gyulának (1849-1935), a Budapesti Tudományegyetem Bakteriológiai Intézet vezetőjének, Preisz Hugónak (1860-1940) és a kolozsvári Magyar Királyi Ferenc József Tudományegyetem egykori rektorának és dékánának, Udránszky Lászlónak (1862-1914) aláírásával. Bp. 1913. okt. 25. A pecsét fatokjának felső része hiányzik. M: 67 x 49 cm Hajós Károly (1891-1976) belgyógyász, allergológus. Munkássága az allergológia területén úttörő jellegű, főleg a tüdőasztma-kutatásban nemzetközi hírű.
