Ferenc József és gróf Tisza István nyomtatott aláírásával, a szöveg nemzetiszínű keretben, felül a Szent Korona, bal oldalon Ferencz József magyar király és Ferenc Ferdinánd volt trónörökös, jobb oldalon II. Vilmos császár és Károly Ferencz József trónörökös arcképeivel. Alul nyomtatott felirat: „A háború emlékére.” A plakát a korábbi hajtásoknál helyenként kissé szakadt.
