[Regensburg, New Rork, Cincinnati] Ratisbonae, Neo Eboraci & Cincinnatii, 1880. Sumptibus, Chartis et Typis Friderici Pustet, S. Sedis Apostolicae et Sacr. Rituum Congregationis typographi. 1 t. (rézmetszetű címkép) + [4] + 251 + [1] + 4 + [2] p. Folio.
Oldalszámozáson belül egy-egy egész oldalas kromolitográfiával és fametszettel, valamint 17 szövegközti fametszettel illusztrált. A könyv minden lapja (a rézmetszet és az utolsó levél kivételével) két színnel, pergamenre nyomtatva.
Korabeli, egyedi bársonykötésben, kötéstábláin ezüstből készült léniakeretekkel, a kötéstáblák sarkain stilizált növényi ornamensekkel díszített, ezüst veretű csúszógombokkal, az első kötéstábla közepén nagyméretű, ezüst veretű köldökdísz, a hátsó kötéstábla közepén Zalka János ezüst veretű püspöki címere. A pergamenre nyomtatott lapok szélei aranyozottak. Gyönyörű könyvkötés, ötvösművészeti remek.
Missal of János Zalka, Bishop of Győr (Raab). Printed on vellum, bound in contemporary velvet, made of original silver mountings on the covers, floral decorated silver sliding buttons on the corners, in the middle of the front cover with navel decoration, in the middle of the back cover with the silver bishop’s coat of arms of János Zalka. Beautiful and unique binding.
