Ferenc József és gróf Tisza István nyomtatott aláírásával, a szöveg nemzetiszínű keretben, felül a Szent Korona, bal oldalon Ferenc József és Ferenc Ferdinánd, bal oldalon I. Vilmos és Károly herceg (IV. Károly) arcképeivel. Alul nyomtatott felirat: „Az európai háború emlékére 1914. júlis 28.”
Méret: 60 x 47 cm.
A plakát négyrét hajtva, a hajtásoknál helyenként kissé szakadt.
