Offener Befehl issued to 28-year old seaman Vladimir Kumass, ordering him to proceed from Budapest to Odessa by way of Braila. The order, issued in Budapest on April 10, 1918, bears two seals of S.M.S. Tulln and one seal of the Danube Flotilla Command.
