Német nyelvű recept könyv, mely többek között a lekvár elkészítésének módját is tárgyalja. Címlap fekete és piros tintával nyomtatva, alatta fametszetű kép konyhai jelenettel.
Negyedrét, viseltes állapotban, fűzve, borító nélkül. Címlap bal alsó sarka sérült, az első két levél leválófélben. Az 56. bejegyzés utáni nyolc lap hiányzik. Az utolsó lap elvált.
