Jean-François de Saint-Lambert (1716–1803) híres verseskötetének hatodik, javított és bővített kiadása, hamis nyomdahellyel, a szerző neve nélkül látott napvilágot. Voltaire szerint ez a XVIII. század egyetlen olyan munkája, amely bevonul a történelembe. A szerző költő, filozófus, részt vett a Nagy Francia Enciklopédia szerkesztésében is. A címképet Moreau le Jeune rajza után metszették. Néhány levél szélein enyhén foltos.
