Bibliofil kiadásváltozat, a nagy-tizenynyolcadrét méretben nyomtatott száz példány egyike; az előcímlap hátoldalára nyomtatott kolofont csak ezek a példányok tartalmazzák. Kolofon: „Il n’a été tiré que cent exemplaires de cette édition surc e format grand in-18.” Példányunk címlapjának középső dísze eltér a bibliográfiákban leírt példányokétól, a szedéstükör megegyezik. Charles-Gilbert Morel de Vindé francia arisztokrata első regénye, melyet a francia forradalom idején írt. Az illusztrációkat L. J. Lefèvre rajzai után Godefroy metszette. A címlapon régi gyűjteményi bélyegzés.

Korabeli, aranyozott gerincű, vörös egészmaroquin kötésben, aranyozott lapszélekkel. Dekoratív, szép példány.
