Bár Szabó Károly még kassai nyomtatványként írja le, tipográfiai jellemzői alapján franciaországi, valószínűleg párizsi nyomdában készült. V. Ecsedy Judit szerint a nagyobb hitelesség kedvéért került rá a hamis magyarországi impresszum. Ugyanebben az évben két párizsi kiadást is megért. (Közp. Ant. 139. árv.)

Korabeli, díszesen aranyozott gerincű, valódi bordás egészbőr-kötésben. 146 mm.
