[Lánchíd a királyi várral]
Wiew of the Suspension bridge, now erecting over the River Danube at Pest in Hungary.
G. Hawkins Junr. színezett litográfiája 1839-ből. M.:268x480 mm.
A William Tierney Clark tervezte Lánchíd ezen a képen kapott először népszerűsítő és művészi bemutatást: előterében katonák masíroznak, lovashintók, lovas katonák, sétáló hölgyek és urak. Hátterében a Rácz-város, a királyi palota, a katonai szertár és a Sándor palota. Hangulata van a képnek: műalkotásnak nevezem!
Modern, szép fakeretben, sötétzöld paszpartuval. (510x700 mm.) Csillag: 168.
