Das vereinigte bürgerliche Jäger-Corps der königl. Freystadt Comorn hat hiermit als wirkliches Mitglied den Herrn Michael Üveges des B. J. Corps Uniformirter Bürger angenommen. (Üveges Mihály a komáromi vadász hadtest állományába fölvétetett.)
Komárom, 1810 (???) január 6. Az évszám (kézírással) minden bizonnyal helytelen, hiszen Trentsenszky kőnyomdája az 1820-as évek elején szerzett privilégiumot a Monarchia területére. (Gerszi 13. l.)
Adolf Kunike dekoratív litográfiája, kiadta Trentsenszky József Bécsben. Mérete: 410 X 500 mm. A középső szövegrészt körbeölelik címerek, uniformisok, katonai kiegészítő felszerelések.
A hadtestparancsnok (Carl Grábner?) aláírásával és (töredezett) viaszpecséttel hitelesítve.
Sérült, szakadozott papír, hátoldalán celluxnyomok, javítandó példány. Hrenkó Pál könyvtárából.
