4 sztl. lev. pergamenre írva, gyöngy-betűkkel, aranyozott keretdíszekkel, a nevek és fontosabb részek piros ill. aranyozott betűkkel kiemelve. Mérete: 355 X 280 mm.
Zsinórral fűzött, kopott bársonykötésben, a függő viaszpecsét hiányzik.
