Fleischhaker a rendi érdekeket védelmező jogtörténetírás egyik kiemelkedő képviselője volt, melyben a magyar alkotmányosság részben történeti, részben törvényi alapokon nyugszik. Korabeli, bordázott gerincű félbőr-kötésben, gerinccímkével. Kissé kopott, de jó darab.
