Calmann Lévy. XXIII + 483 + [1] p. + 2 térkép (kihajtható). Oldalszámozáson belül 250 egész oldalas és szövegközti fametszettel illusztrált. 30 számozott, kínai papirosra nyomtatott luxuspéldányból ez a 21. számú. Prov.: Ex libris Alfred et Blanche de Curzon. Korabeli, díszesen aranyozott gerincű, álbordás sötétkék félmaroquin kötésben, felül aranyozott lapszélekkel, az eredeti borítók bekötve. Körülvágatlan, nagyon szép példány.
