Eötvös József író, politikai gondolkodó 1859-ben írt röpirata elsőként név nélkül jelent meg Lipcsében. Magyar fordítása 1861-ben látott napvilágot, szintén név nélkül, Pesten, a következő címmel: „Magyarország különállása Németország egységének szempontjából. Írta egy magyar államférfiú. Németből fordította Toldy Ferenc.” A címlapon kisebb javítás.
XX. század második felében készült papírkötésben. Körülvágatlan, jó példány.
