Egyetlen kiadás. Cziráky Antal Mózes (1772-1852) császári és királyi kamarás, országbíró, a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia alapító és igazgató tagja. Névtelenül jelent meg tőle Budán híres közjogi értekezése: A Disquisitiót már teljesen érett szakismeret s itélőtehetség hozta létre, s közjogi tanulmányainak, melyekre nagy hivatalos elfoglaltságától fennmaradó összes idejét fordítá, e kitünő gyümölcse nevét a magyar jogirodalom történetében felejthetetlenné teszi. E műve teljesen tisztába hozza a magyar királyok trónszerzési módja s joga iránti sokat vitatott közjogi kérdést s e nehéz feladatot éles itélettel, erős védokokkal s a sokat rágalmazott magyar nemzeti becsület meleg igazolásával fejti meg."
