Egyetlen kiadás. A címlapon nagyméretű rézmetszetű vignetta. A XVIII. század első felének nagy tudósa, az államismeret kiváló művelője, Bél Mátyás [1684-1749] a Notitia első kötetével egy időben kezdte meg a magyar történelem nagyobb terjedelmű forrásainak közzétételét. Az Adparatusban összesen tizenkét forrást adott ki (köztük például az Oláh Miklós-féle Hungariát), de azután a három decasra (harminc műre) tervezett vállalkozást félbehagyta, mert időközben munkatársul szegődött egyik lelkes tanítványához, az osztrák Johann Georg Schwandtnerhez, aki három kötetben kiadta történelmünk legfontosabb elbeszélő forrásait.
