1. To assist the progress of the sale all intending buyers should collect a bidding paddle before the commencement of selling. All intending purchasers should bring their personal identifications in order to get a bidding paddle, which can be used at our further auctions.

2. After registering at www.axio.hu and being verified by Museum Antiquary you will be able to enter the auction room and place bids on any items presented in the auction catalogue. For more information on internet bidding please visit axioart.com website.

Bidding Process
The auctioneer will introduce each upcoming item, with its number and catalogue price. The bids will increase

5.000 Ft-ig - 500 HUF
5.000-10.000-ig - 1.000
10.000-20.000 -ig - 2.000
20.000-100.000-ig 5.000
100.000 felett 10.000 HUF


The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the buyer at the hammer price. Unsold items may be asked to be re-auctioned any time during the auction. Sold goods cannot be re-called for auction. Buyers should clearly express their intent to bid.

Immediately after the sale the buyer assumes ownership over the item and payment should be made in cash following the auction. The buyer shall pay the hammer price plus 12 % of the hammer price. Sold items can be collected at the auction site, following the auction or the following day in the auctioneer's showroom.

If instructed we will execute absentee bids. Fifty percent of the offered amount is to be paid as advanced payment. Absentee bids of institutions will be accepted without advance payment. A letter of intent should confirm the buyer's order. "Buy" of unlimited bids will not be accepted.

In the event of identical bids the room will take precedence. The auctioneer reserves the right to modify the catalogue price in case of several absentee bids higher than the catalogue price.
