The eighth bibliophile publication of Borda Antikvárium. Produced by students in memory of typographer György Haiman. Design by Dóra Keresztes, illustrations by István Orosz, binding by János Juhász. Limited edition, all of the75 hand-numbered copies are signed by the contributors, this is no. 45.
Our copy is exceptional: of three copies given exclusive bindings by Ilona Kiss, this is no. 2. The covers are of rustic, crumpled dark-gold paper over boards, with dark-blue stripes at the edges and medium-grey painted decoration. The wrinkled surface reveals golden highlights. The front cover is decorated with a lead plate, embossed and folded, with coloured textile overlays, ribbons, and attachments. The binding and the text block are joined by gilt and painted ingres endpapers.
