Zsolnay Ornamental Bowl
Cast into shape, porcelain faience. Wavy rim bowl raised on base decorated with acanthus leaves. Man and lady nude on two sides. Painted with metal shine colored eosin glazes on whole surface. Lady’s neck restored. Design: Lajos Mack, 1905. Signed on the bottom: pressed 7638 (year 1905) form number and over glaze eosin stamped factory mark. Zsolnay, Pécs, around 1930. Size: 27 × 20 × 21.5 cm
