Count Ádám Batthyány (1610-1659), royal chamberlain and captain-general of the Danube region. Autograph signed letter in Latin to Ferdinand II. Protected cultural object – Unable to export.
He informs the monarch that he has received the letter sent by royal chamberlain and councilor Georg Adam Kuefstein and his verbal report, and assures the monarch that he will remain his loyal subject in the future, as he has been until now. The document was taken from the Propositiones et opiniones collection of the Hungarian Royal Chancellery in the mid-19th century.
